chat with guests and jump in where needed /li liHandle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities /li liShare targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them /li liWork closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing /li /ul h3What You’ll Have /h3 ul liYou have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role /li liYou bring confidence leading a team during service /li liYou communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy /li liYou have an eye for detail and keep service consistent /li liYou bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing /li liYou work well with different teams and lead by example /li liYou speak English and Italian, extra languages are a premio /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
