In this role you will manage a dedicated team. /p pbHow can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /b /p ul libEnsure execution of commissioning activities. /bLead and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, operation, training, and handover activities in line with contractual requirements, safety, quality, budget, and schedule. /li libPrepare and manage commissioning plans and procedures. /bDevelop, update, and control the commissioning execution plan, procedures, manuals, schedules, system breakdown, handover priorities, and related documentation. /li libReview engineering and project documentation. /bVerify that commissioning, operability, maintainability, start-up, and operation requirements are properly incorporated into engineering deliverables such as PIDs, 3D model, manuals, test run procedures, and technical documents. /li libCoordinate resources, vendors, subcontractors, and interfaces. /bDefine personnel mobilization, temporary logistics, subcontractor scope of work,



vendor/licensor involvement, spare parts, consumables, and interfaces with engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and client teams. /li libEnsure HSE, quality, progress control, and handover readiness. /bSupport HSE planning, participate in risk reviews where required, monitor KPIs and progress, ensure commissioning readiness, and manage the orderly handover of systems to the Client/operator. /li /ul pbWhat are we looking for? /b /p pFor a bCommissioning Lead /b, we are looking for a profile with the right balance of btechnical commissioning expertise, project execution capability, leadership, and HSE mindset /b. /p ul liStrong commissioning and start-up experience /li liSolid technical and engineering background /li liPlanning, coordination, and execution control /li liLeadership and stakeholder management /li liStrong HSE, quality, and risk awareness /li /ul pbIn one sentence: /b we need someone who can btranslate engineering into safe and efficient plant start-up /b, lead people and interfaces, anticipate issues, and ensure systems are delivered ready for operation according to project objectives. /p pbEducation: /bBachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (preferably Chemical or Mechanical) /p pbExperience: /b15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Lead role within FPSO PLATFROM field/industry /p pbLanguages: /bEnglish (Advanced) French (nice to have) /p pbTechnical/IT Skills:
