contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions /liliEnsure alignment between product direction, business goals, and user needs /liliPromote and foster a human-centered culture across the organization /li /ulh3Technical Skills Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role /liliUX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insights /liliExperience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup /liliStrong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup /liliDesign definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing, and usability testing /liliSolid experience with research analytics tools such as MixPanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms, as well as collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, or Mural /liliAgile mindset: familiarity with Agile environments and ability to work iteratively within cross-functional teams /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliCuriosity critical thinking:
