The Hose Fab Associate will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and growing our hose business across all machine brands. /p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liFabricate, assemble, and test hydraulic hoses, fittings, and seals to meet customer specifications /li liProvide technical support and product knowledge to customersregardinghoseand related solutions /li liPartner closely with Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) toidentifyand pursue new business opportunities /li liMaintain inventory of hose products, fittings, and components to ensuretimelyfulfillment of customer requests /li liEnsure all work meets company quality standards and industry safety requirements /li liTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hose assemblies and related products /li liBuild strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand ourhoseservices /li liKeepaccuraterecords of work orders, customer requests, and inventory usage /li liMustbe available to work at assignedlocation, including overtime,



evenings or weekends if needed /li liMay have to lift up to 25-30 pounds on occasion /li liMay work in an environment where hazards are present /li liRequires frequent hand use for typing, operating the phone, handling materials, and other job-related tasks /li liOther duties as assigned /li /ul h3WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU /h3 pWe all have different backgrounds, yet we all use our unique contributions to provide the highest quality of service. /p h3EDUCATION EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)requiredand three or more years of relevant experience desired. /li liProven experience asforkliftoperator is preferred. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILL, ABILITIES /h3 ul liMust be able to complete TMCC forklift and training certification withinfirst90 daysof employment.
