ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bGlobal Travel Manager - Categorie Protette (L.68/99) /b to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the bGlobal Travel Mobility /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Global Travel Manager manages the execution and deployment of the global travel framework within the assigned scope, ensuring the consistent adoption of policies, processes, controls, and tools, while supporting business stakeholders and driving operational performance. A key aspect of the role is the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of dashboards and KPIs to provide full visibility into travel performance, usage trends, travel costs, and operational risks. /p pThis opportunity is currently open to candidates registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 h3Travel Governance Operations /h3 ul liOversee the travel process through the OBT in use and the new tool when implemented /li liManage travel operations across locations, ensuring uniform adoption of policies and procedures. /li liManage all the internal requests coming through the dedicated channel (etc Mail Travel) regarding: booking issues, requests for offline/assisted, trying to optimize the need of support, creating pills, videos and optimizing the support from the local TMC /li liCoordinate operational activities with the Travel Management Company (TMC) and local stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and legal requirements in each operating country. /li liCoordinate with local offices to optimize costs, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure operational readiness. /li /ul h3Supplier Contract Management /h3 ul liManage relationships with travel agencies, hotel providers, car rentals, airline companies, mobility platforms and all contracts Travel related /li liMonitor supplier performance through KPIs such as downtime, service quality, availability, and cost effectiveness. /li liCoordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. /li /ul h3Monitoring, KPIs Reporting /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain travel dashboards with KPIs covering: travel in policies/not in policies, ESG parameters (like CO2 emissions), requests for offline bookings, etc /li liContinuously track performance,



identify anomalies, and propose corrective actions. /li liIdentify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities. /li liPrepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards. /li /ul h3Cost Optimization Strategy /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities for contract optimization. /li liConduct cost agevolazioni analyses for alternative lodging/mobility options /li liBenchmark against industry standards to introduce best practices and efficiency improvements. /li /ul h3Mobility Policy Management /h3 ul liEnsure global adherence to rules regarding travel class, and reimbursement. /li liSupport communication and training activities for employees and managers on travel procedures. /li liReview exceptions, policy deviations and off-system bookings. /li liEnsure corrective actions are implemented where non-compliance is identified. /li liSupport audits, compliance reviews and data quality activities. /li /ul h3Risk, Safety Compliance /h3 ul liMonitor incidents, insurance claims, and accident trends; coordinate preventive actions. /li liEnsure the business travels meet safety and regulatory requirements. /li liWork with HSE to promote risk-reduction initiatives. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Regional Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate with: HR (travel policies), Procurement (contracts, agreements, supplier selection), Fleet (harmonized mobility strategy), Finance (budgeting, cost control, accruals), Regional Offices (travel operations and local needs) and lead change management activities when introducing new policies or tools. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree /li liMaster’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering General /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mobility Management, or related fields.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €40,000 and €45,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
