The person will be part of the Trade & Design Team, in charge of the Business clients' network growth (Architects and Interior Designers) and will manage large-scale and complex projects.What will be your key responsibilities?Support Key Trade Accounts (es. Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands) on the development of interior design projects.Develop design concepts, moodboards, tailor presentations towards clientsSourcing & styling for the development of residential, retail & hospitality projectsNegotiate with the supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projectsEvaluate margins and commercial implications on projectsEvaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.G. certifications)Monitor and manage the full order lifecycleCollaborate and liaise with our internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Administration,



Order Management)Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectationsReview and manage B2B project opportunitiesPropose trade business development initiativesSupport the trade team both in the development of new initiatives and in the definition of new market expansion through research and analyticsWho are we looking for?Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product (preferably with specialization in Design Management or Project Management)At least 4-5 years of experience gained in a similar roleStrong creative and design flair, with a proven ability to develop original concepts for interior design projectsPrevious experience within a design firm, or interior design practice is preferredStrong knowledge of the interior design sector, with a passion for art & craftsProficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering (3ds Max)Highly proficient level of English, Italian nativeExcellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Aesthetic sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury productsCreative, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detailHighly organized, able to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environmentStrong commitment to high-quality customer experience and a can-do attitudeOur PerksCompensation: 35-45K annual gross salary (RAL)Positive workplace.
