Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /p h3About The Role /h3 ul liThe Group International Tax Expert will join the Group Tax Department and play a key role in supporting global tax planning activities and international tax matters, including corporate restructurings and MA transactions. /li liThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Group Tax function of a multinational organisation with Italian roots, a strong international footprint, and a successful growth journey driven by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions across global markets. /li liThe ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of international tax and regulatory frameworks, combined with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a complex, global business environment. /li /ul h3Mission Objectives /h3 ul liCampari Group is committed to maintaining and continuously enhancing tax compliance across its global operations, ensuring alignment with both the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and the evolving international taxation framework, including the OECD BEPS Actions. /li liIn this role, you will contribute to strengthening the Group’s tax governance, supporting strategic business initiatives, and ensuring robust compliance with international tax regulations. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReporting to and working closely with the Group Sr. Tax Director, you will: /li liSupport global tax projects, including Group restructurings, MA transactions, cross-border initiatives, and other projects requiring international tax expertise and project management skills. /li liProvide technical support on international tax matters, including permanent establishment issues, withholding taxes, financing structures, and intercompany transactions.



/li liAssist in the design and implementation of global tax governance frameworks and tax strategies. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate international tax risks arising from the Group’s operations and strategic projects. /li liManage relationships with external tax advisors and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders involved in international initiatives. /li liSupport the drafting and review of intercompany agreements and collaborate closely with the Transfer Pricing team to ensure consistency and alignment of tax positions. /li liProactively contribute to the implementation of the Group Tax Guidelines, helping to enhance overall tax compliance across the organisation. /li /ul h3Key Stakeholder Relationships /h3 h3Internal /h3 ul liTax teams across the Group /li liRegional and local Finance departments /li liGlobal Service Center /li liGroup IT /li liGroup Product Supply Chain /li liSales Marketing teams /li liCorporate Finance /li liLegal /li liBusiness Development /li liOther support functions on a project basis /li /ul h3External /h3 ul liTax advisors and consultants /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li3 to 6 years of corporate tax experience gained either within a multinational corporation or a legal/tax consulting firm serving multinational companies. /li liExperience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Fashion Luxury sectors is considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration, with a specialisation or dissertation focused on International Taxation. /li liFluency in English and a good knowledge of Italian are essential. /li liAdditional language skills are considered a plus. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong project management capabilities /li liExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills /li liAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures /li liHigh level of integrity and professional ethics /li liInfluential leadership style /li liPragmatic,
