He is accountable for customer projects in the domain of Airspace Mobility Solutions (NAVAIDS and Non-Radar Surveillance) with sales, costs, cash and project quality responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.



/ppEnsures customer satisfaction and maintain Thales processes. /ppMonitors project performances through relevant indicators (financial and schedule efficiency) /ppPerforms Risk Analysis related to his/her area of responsibility. /ppHas full international exposure, managing international customers in multi-supplier environments /ph3Tasks and responsibilities are among others /h3ulliEnsuring all necessary planning, execution and acceptance throughout the execution of the contract. /liliRepresenting Thales interests within the assigned area of responsibility /liliAnalysis of the contract content and implementation in delivery and service packages /liliMonitoring and update project sales, sales forecast costs and time schedules /liliManaging customer requests and contract changes to closure /liliManaging external suppliers /liliCreating and maintaining project documentation using Thales internal process instructions and tools /liliExecute lessons learned from the project delivery and corresponding feedback to the departments /liliParticipating in offers, create schedules,
