The emphasis is on diagnostics, fault finding, root-cause analysis and problem solving within a live production environment. /ppThe initial contract is expected to run for 3–6 months, with engineers working fully onsite as part of a rotating three-shift schedule. /ph3The Assignment /h3pKey responsibilities will include: /pulliInvestigating production and automation issues /liliTroubleshooting Omron PLC-controlled machinery and production equipment /liliAnalysing existing PLC logic to identify software and control-related problems /liliPinpointing the root causes of recurring production faults and downtime /liliDetermining whether issues originate from PLC software, electrical systems, instrumentation, field devices, communications or machinery /liliIdentifying bottlenecks, intermittent faults and equipment reliability issues /liliUsing PLC diagnostics to trace faults through automated sequences /liliRecommending corrective actions and potential improvements /liliProducing clear action lists outlining identified problems,
