Main Responsabilities in the role: /pulliApply process, standards, methods, and tools applicable to the métier /liliOrganize the program development process and its continuous improvement /liliPrepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan together with the program core team and program support team addressing most specifically the /liliProgram development strategy (design, Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM), Cybersecurity, Verification and Validation (VV), baselines roadmap and sustaining /liliProcesses, tailorings, and agreed deviations (WR) /liliTechnical risks / hard technical topics /liliIdentification of technical referents (Experts, CCN, end users, ...) /liliReview of other engineering plans of the programs to ensure efficiency consistency with the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) /liliOrganize with the core team members the capture and activities for continuous improvement (Return of Experience on the program engineering’s organisation, strategy, process, decisions, metrics, …) and production of métier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



/liliLead the program development activities to deliver the program items according to the QCD commitment /liliCoordinate the program development team activities /liliEnsure that the product/system reaches the committed performance levels /liliDevelop design-to-cost approach to decrease system/product deployment cost and product unit cost /liliEnsure application of decision making (design choices, make or buy, roadmap, ...) and validates decisions together with the program stakeholders /liliEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Design Reviews /liliSupport other métiers (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensure the link between them /liliEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Peer Reviews of engineering work products (specification / documentation / implementations) /liliTo be the program’s interface on technical matters, with support of System Application Architects for systems /liliSupporting technically users for program needs definition and issues /liliCoordinating consistency between program baselines deliveries and needs / long term needs /liliManaging User Groups / user community /liliParticipating to program reviews for technical support technical reporting /liliManagement of the program items configuration together with the Configuration Manager /liliManage the Delivery Master List (DML) and documentation reviews rules /liliEnsure requirement management and requirement report /liliOrganize and lead CCBs (internal and external)



/liliOrganize delivery reviews (DyR) and ensure the program items deliveries in configuration /liliParticipate to SW/HW or subsystem delivery reviews /liliFor products, lead hardware change and definition /liliValidate the configurations under PLM /liliValidate the hardware evolution (MR) and associated impacts /liliSupport the Program Manager for engineering cost and planning management /liliProvide QCD analyses estimations on evolutions together with the program core and engineering teams /liliLiaise (with the System Application Architect in case of system) with projects and tender activities (evolutions anomalies analysis, roadmap, documentation support) /liliAlert and report on any event/risks that may impact the program development and associated QCD commitments /liliValidate material selection and procurement activities together with the Program Manger /liliPromote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct. /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
