We are looking for a skilled, passionate and autonomous SALES & ADMIN Assistant to join our team

Your key responsibilities :
Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, your main mission will be to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support by independently managing and supporting sales & administration operational processes.
Sales Administration
· Manage public procurement procedures, compliant with Italian laws (e-commerce).
· Process letter of credit to assure MTS of receiving funds upon fulfillment of terms of the trade agreement.
· Manage and maintain customer portals with legal documents (Kpi, Insurance, Quality Certificates, financial data, IT…).
· Manage Bank Warranties with the Italian Bank and follow it.
· Support Sales/Service dept. with C
