Summary
The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the production line. You will be a key player in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with various team members to achieve production goals.

Working Schedule
Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Job Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute to team success.
- Quick thinker with the ability to problem‑solve effectively.




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with personnel at all levels.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Able to work overtime when required.

Position Responsibilities

- Review production schedule to identify products for packing and filling.
- Refer to the Finished Product Specification Book to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and test labeling machinery for accurate performance.
- Input correct code dates for each product produced.
- Report any discrepancies to Quality Assurance, Supervisor, and/or Manager.
- Assist in training newly assigned staff in all production line positions as needed.
- Collaborate with team to rework damaged products when the line is down.
- Complete Batch Records for the assigned production lines.
- Ensure that preventative maintenance checks are performed on all line equipment
