The Opportunity
Join our Instrument Transformers business and play a key role in bringing innovative products from development into successful industrialization and market deployment. In this position, you will lead the introduction of new and transferred products, ensuring operational readiness across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and service functions.
You will act as the focal point for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and ensuring products are launched with the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead end-to-end product introduction and implementation projects from initiation through industrialization and market launch.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones,



and success criteria together with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and service teams to ensure execution readiness.
- Drive the successful transfer of new and existing products into manufacturing while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and business requirements.
- Monitor prototype builds, test objects, pilot production, and zero-series activities to validate manufacturing readiness.
- Track production, assembly, and testing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management.
- Support product lifecycle management activities and contribute to the long-term competitiveness of the Instrument Transformers portfoli
