As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the driving force behind the flawless presentation of our spaces and a key ambassador of the W lifestyle. You will inspire and empower your team to deliver exceptional standards, ensuring every guest room and public area reflects the bold, vibrant, and luxury experience that defines our brand.

You will work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry to orchestrate seamless daily operations, anticipate guest needs, and elevate every detail of the guest journey. From coordinating room readiness to resolving operational challenges, you will be a passionate leader who brings energy, efficiency, and excellence to every shift.

Beyond operations, you will play an important role in developing talent, coaching associates, fostering engagement, and creating an environment where creativity, collaboration, and individuality thrive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas,



and back-of-house spaces consistently meet W and Marriott luxury standards.
- Conduct room inspections with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for exceptional presentation.
- Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operational issues are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor room status, manage discrepancies, and prioritize cleaning activities to optimize the guest experience.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of the housekeeping team.
- Create a positive and motivating environment where associates feel empowered to grow and succeed.
