JOB TITLE: Performance Analysis Coordinator

CONTEXT

The position is embedded within the Global Business Insights department. The Performance Analysis Coordinator will play a crucial role in transforming complex market and competitive data into growth strategies and will report directly to top management.

This professional will act as a strategic partner to Top Management and Company Ownership, supporting business decisions, crisis management, and institutional activities. Additionally, the role will lead an established operational team and drive the technological transition of our business intelligence infrastructure. This assignment offers a high-exposure growth path for an internal candidate with strong analytical leadership.

Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Strategy & Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and macro-market trends to proactively identify business opportunities and potential threats. Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking,



and extract national and global sales data.
- Executive Support Management: Promptly elaborate market scenarios, estimation analyses, and ad-hoc reports based on urgent requests from Company Ownership, providing key data to support high-level institutional tables.
- Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a direct team, defining operational priorities, managing workload distribution, and fostering their professional development.
- Business Intelligence: Manage and implement corporate BI platforms, leading the ongoing transition to Power BI. Develop customized dashboards, support forecasting projects, and implement innovative AI-driven insights solutions.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with corporate and regional stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to performance analysis and market intelligence.

Job Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Statistical Sciences, Econ
