La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, is looking for aR&D; Mechanical Engineerto join its team at theScarperia e San Piero (FI)headquarters.
We are looking for individuals with strong initiative and proactivity, who are open to change and passionate about digital transformation.
Position
In this role, you will participate in the following activities:
- Developing drawings and designing mechanical components;
- Developing prototypes and conducting pre-production product testing;
- Product improvement and development;
- Preparing technical documentation;
- Implementing IT systems for sharing, classifying, and archiving technical documentation;
- Entering material data for specific projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;




- At least 2–3 years of experience as a design engineer in structured mechanical engineering environments and within R&D; teams;
- Knowledge of traditional machining processes;
- Proficiency in SolidWorks;
