The Regional Product Marketing (RPM)is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, execution and growth(the "how") within a specific territory, lifecycle management, and commercial success of MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolio. Translate complex technical specifications (like DMIPS, Flash memory, Wireless performance and peripheral sets, application requirements) into value propositions that resonate with customers.
Kind of "General Manager" of that region. adapting the global strategy and pivot it to fit local market dynamics, ensuring that the EP & C portfolio meets revenue and design-win targets in the specific geographythrough a deepcustomer-centric approach. Collaborate withSales and other stakeholdersto identify high-value "white space" and partner withDistribution and Design Housesto build a robust support ecosystem. Ultimately,



acting as the "Voice of the Region" ensuring that local requirements and competitive shifts directly influence the future products’ roadmap.
