Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting a Multi-Property Director of Sales.
Reporting to the Multi-Property General Manager, the Multi-Property Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan and The Rome EDITION.
This role provides strategic leadership across Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations, driving revenue growth, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty. The position requires a highly commercial, results-driven leader who can develop and execute integrated sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and inspire high-performing teams across two luxury properties.

SCOPE OF WORK




The Multi-Property Director of Sales is accountable for the overall commercial performance of both hotels by:
Achieving revenue, market share, booking pace, and profitability objectives.Developing and executing integrated sales, distribution, and commercial strategies aligned with Marriott International and brand priorities.Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ownership, business partners, and Marriott stakeholders.Maximizing hotel visibility and market positioning through strategic account management and business development initiatives.Driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value through exceptional commercial leadership.Leading, developing, and inspiring Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams across both properties.Ensuring commercial discipline, financial stewardship, and compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures.Core Work Activiti
