HR Analyst – Local Agents - based in Luxembourg. This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. Purpose

You will coordinate and deliver HR processes, payroll and benefits, employment matters for local agents in designated External Offices, including liaison with external payroll and legal providers, in order to ensure timely, accurate,



compliant and high-quality HR services across locations.

Operating Network

You will report to the Head of Overseas Remuneration Unit.

You will act as Country Officer for a portfolio of External Offices, coordinating the delivery of HR services for local agents throughout the employment lifecycle. The role involves managing complex and sensitive employment, remuneration, payroll, benefits, contractual and service-provider matters across different national legal and regulatory environments, while ensuring consistency with the Bank’s internal policies and controls.

Accountabilities
- Act as Country Officer for the designated External Offices.
- Ensure that all HR related processes for the respective locations (eg. recruitment, employment matters, payroll administration, time management, system updates, procurement etc) are seamlessly followed.
- Review and reconcile monthly payroll and benefits outputs prepared by the local payroll
