The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of our CRM and customer lifecycle communications. This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for building, managing and optimizing automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints — including Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other owned channels. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will design personalized customer experiences that support every stage of the customer lifecycle: from lead generation and nurturing, through booking, pre-departure, in-destination communications, referrals, returners and cross-selling. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical and analytical skills, who enjoys improving processes, testing new ideas and delivering measurable business results through automation.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage automated journeys: Design, build and optimize customer journeys across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other CRM channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
