Mission

The Consultant takes on a leadership position within the team, with responsibility for the technical management of projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Innovation, Strategy & Roadmapping, they oversee the technical progress of the engagements they are assigned to: framing the client's problem, structuring the analytical approach, coordinating the contributions of the consultants involved, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the deliverables. Depending on the project,



the role ranges from hands‑on analytical work to technical coordination and internal reference point. They also act as a technical counterpart for the client and contribute to proposal preparation and business development. In particular, the person in this role will work on and coordinate management consulting projects in the following areas:
- Technology scenario analysis, market analysis and trend identification, value chain analysis, technology scouting, KPI definition, benchmarking and implementation roadmaps;
- Supply chain optimisation, supplier scouting and benchmarking;
- Process optimisation;
- Business Continuity Plan;
- Support to subsidised finance schemes (e.g. IPCEI, Innovation Fund, PNRR) from application to compliance during the project execution phase;
- EU-funded R&D; projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE).
