When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Purchasing Coordinator, you’re not just supporting the procurement and inventory management process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Support purchasing and receiving operations: Menage receiving processes and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock management
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications
- Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution
- Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
