Purpose of the position:

As Buyer you will be part of Supply Chain Function serving Sustainable Infrastructure Business Line.

How can you support us?
- Check the completeness and consistency of Purchase Requisitions (e.g., quality requirements, HSE requirements, etc.) and define the most appropriate tender strategy (e.g., market approach, list of suppliers to be involved, etc.) in collaboration with the Requesting Units.
- Where required,



launch market analyses and scouting campaigns to identify new suppliers and initiate their qualification process.
- Manage the bidding process in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools.
- Prepare the commercial/economic bid tabulation, select the supplier, negotiate contractual terms and conditions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and Project Special Conditions, and issue the Contract.
- Archive the contractual documentation.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, or Economics.

Background: 3–5 years of previous experience as a Buyer, preferably in multinational companies. The candidate should have managed the same activities within complex infrastructure construction sites, ideally railway and/or metro projects in Italy.

Languages: good proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Technical/IT Knowledge: proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
