We are looking for a Global Product Quality Engineer to take ownership of product quality and reliability across the entire lifecycle of our EV charging portfolio. From supporting new product introductions to driving field reliability improvements, you will play a key role in bringing the customer perspective into product development and manufacturing excellence. Working at the intersection of R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service, you will contribute directly to the performance, safety, and customer experience of industry-leading charging solutions while supporting the transition to sustainable mobility.

Your responsibilities




- Own the quality performance and reliability of an assigned EV charging product family throughout its entire lifecycle, from New Product Development through field deployment and end-of-life.
- Represent the voice of the customer during product development reviews, ensuring quality, reliability, and user requirements are embedded in design decisions.
- Drive product verification and validation activities, defining test strategies and ensuring comprehensive coverage of electrical, mechanical, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective quality control and testing strategies to support robust manufacturing processes and at-source quality assurance.
- Lead complex root cause investigations and corrective action programs using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and Ishikawa.
