Job description
As a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams.
Key responsibilities
· Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.
· Diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.
· Design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines.
· Evaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.




· Manage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.
· Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.
· Use planning data and key legacy IT systems to support fact-based decisions, planning reliability and performance management.
· Understand and apply the functional use of key IT systems supporting Planning.
· Facilitate structured problem solving, workshops, performance reviews and management discussions.
· Coach and develop less experienced team members in analytical methods, improvement approaches and stakeholder management.
· Prepare clear business cases, executive-level recommendations, implementation plans and progress updates.
· Ensure improvements are implemented sustainably and embedded into management routines, planning processes and operating standards.
