Accountabilities
- Ensure the issuance of an estimate of total external costs for highly complex tenders.
- Plan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors)



during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office.
- Provide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan.
- Issue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams.
- Coordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements.
- Manage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc.) in line with project planning.
- Issue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
