Responsibilities Technical Support Responsible for technical specialized repairs on mission-critical datacenter systems requiring sophisticated analytical problem solving techniques to identify cause
Reporting Reviews specialized contractual reports and activities
Site Maintenance Oversees the site maintenance and up keep of Data Center infrastructures according to Equinix global standards
Assess Adherence to Policy Ensures all repairs performed on all Data Center infrastructure are according to the manufacturer's guidelines and best practices
Complexity & Problem Solving Aids in root cause analysis and in repair of specialized failed critical components
Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve
