You will play a central role in the ongoing transformation of the HR function leading the design and implementation of HR technology solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.

As HR Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs
- Drive the implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions, and lead integration with downstream systems
- Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region
- Support and execute the development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture, aligned with business and HR obj
