.OverviewYou will join the Private Debt Funds & Co-Investments Team of Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR, supporting the assessment, selection and monitoring of private debt investment opportunities across different strategies, clients and geographies.As part of the Investment Team, you will be involved throughout the investment process, with a particular focus on fund selection activities, including the execution of qualitative and quantitative due diligence on leading private credit funds and asset managers.What you'll be doingYou will be responsible for:Screening, analysing and benchmarking private debt funds and co-investment opportunitiesConducting qualitative and quantitative due diligence on private credit funds and asset managersDrafting investment memoranda and supporting documentation for the Investment CommitteeExecuting investment transactions and coordinating related subscription processesManaging and processing capital calls, distributions and other fund-related cash flow eventsPreparing investment analyses,



presentations and reporting materialsDeveloping and maintaining quantitative models and analytical toolsMonitoring portfolio investments and maintaining ongoing dialogue with leading international private credit asset managers.Who we are looking forIf you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: 3-5 of experience in the roleExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointVery good command of English (written and spoken)Excellent quantitative analysis and financial modelling skillsKnowledge of quantitative financeExperience in company valuation, structured finance and/or project financeMaster’s Degree in Finance or equivalent qualificationPreferred consideration will be given to candidates who have gained significant international professional or academic experience through studies undertaken abroad or at internationally recognized educational institutions.What
