Your role is centered around 3 core pillars:People Leadership (team of 5): Manage, coach,
and grow a team of 5 Key Account Managers to reach ambitious regional growth targets and foster a supportive culture. You will lead by example in accordance with our values and set high standards for the team.Commercial & Field Execution: Go into the field to pitch, negotiate, and build close relationships with Top Partners. You will define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement, and Operations.Analytics & P&L; Ownership: Analyze KPIs, monitor business metrics, partner performance and unlock new growth opportunities.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDERelevant Background: Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, delivery apps, tech scale-ups, top consulting firms, or investment banking.
