We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded B2B Field Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing activities in Italy.
This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing the Italian marketing plan end-to-end, with clear accountability for pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and return on investment.
Acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership, you will align marketing activities with commercial priorities, influence go-to-market strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with sales teams, distribution partners, and international marketing colleagues to design and execute integrated campaigns, field programmes, and partner marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, deepen customer engagement, and drive growth.
Own the Italian marketing strategy and plan: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning activities, budget, and priorities with business objectives and growth targets.
Develop and optimise the marketing revenue engine:



Track and measure marketing performance end-to-end, from initial engagement through to pipeline creation and revenue impact.
Customer engagement & lead generation: Build strong relationships with customers through direct engagement, driving lead generation and supporting sales growth.
Strengthen brand presence in the Italian market: Manage and influence partner marketing activities: Work closely with key distribution partners to elevate local marketing standards, align on joint initiatives, and drive consistent brand representation and demand generation.
Develop and grow press engagement opportunities and maintain relationships with local institutions, associations, and industry organisations.
Adapt marketing assets to suit the Italian market and ensure digital channels remain up to date with relevant local content and news.
Create selected local marketing content to complement global campaigns and initiatives.
