Job DescriptionThe Regional Product Marketing (RPM) is responsible for the go-to-market strategy, execution and growth (the "how") within a specific territory, lifecycle management, and commercial success of MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolio. Translate complex technical specifications (like DMIPS, Flash memory, Wireless performance and peripheral sets, application requirements) into value propositions that resonate with customers. Kind of "General Manager" of that region. adapting the global strategy and pivot it to fit local market dynamics, ensuring that the EP & C portfolio meets revenue and design-win targets in the specific geography through a deep customer-centric approach. Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to identify high-value "white space" and partner with Distribution and Design Houses to build a robust support ecosystem. Ultimately, acting as the "Voice of the Region" ensuring that local requirements and competitive shifts directly influence the future products’ roadmap.



We are looking for an experienced Regional Product Marketing professional in EMEA to join our our Embedded Processing team. Working closely with the Renesas Regional Sales Management, Embedded Processing Product Lines, Solutions Marketing and Regional Channel Sales Management. This role requires a highly seasoned Business Development, Marketing or Sales leader with strong and proven business and technical acumen, Customer and Industry know how is a must. You will succeed if you are the type of person that understands how to work with sales and customers at all levels as well as other internal business stakeholders. The ability to build, develop and maintain customer, business and stakeholder relationships within a very dynamic environment is key. The successful candidate must have a goals-based mind-set, being able to make informed decisions based on revenue and growth targets.
