Position Summary
BB&E; is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Expeditionary Project Manager (XM) to provide project management services supporting NAVFAC EURAFCENT at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples (Capodichino), Italy, with expanded support across the EURAFCENT theater including three U.S. Geographic Combatant Commands (EUCOM, AFRICOM, and CENTCOM). This position reports to the NAVFAC EAC Expeditionary (EX) Directorate and supports their project management execution. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide independent, timely, and professional architectural and engineering support, services, and consultation for the planning, design, construction, repair,



and maintenance of facilities and other real property infrastructure for Supported Commands
- Provide project management services from project initiation through project closeout, including project governance, planning, design management, quality assurance, cost estimating, scheduling, funds management, project monitoring, and project closeout
- Conduct construction site visits and inspections to verify construction progress and ensure contractor compliance with contract documents, specifications, approved submittals, safety regulations, and quality control plans
- Manage the overall submittal process to ensure timely communication of project requirements and acceptability of Construction Contractor proposed products and installation procedures
- Draft responses to Requests for Information (RFI) for Government approval to resolve questions, ambiguities, or conflicts in the contract documents
