The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in capital equipment sales within heavy industry, manufacturing, or construction sectors.The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for crane and hoisting equipment across assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, steel fabricators, automotive plants, and heavy machinery manufacturers.




- Conduct site surveys and technical consultations to understand customer lifting requirements and recommend customized overhead material handling solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, ROI analyses, and competitive quotations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, project owners, and maintenance engineers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and customer site meetings.
