The Management Services Division (MSD) supports WFP's global operations by providing essential services like infrastructure, fleet management, facilities, and travel. The UN System Booking Hub, within MSD, is a global shared service aimed at improving access to and management of operational services for UN organizations and the humanitarian community.

Job purpose: This internship within the UN System Booking Hub in Rome offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Management Services Division's mission of enabling WFP's workforce and operations. The intern will gain practical experience in supporting the delivery of essential operational services, including accommodation, mobility, and facilities management, to UN organizations and the broader humanitarian community. Key responsibilities will involve providing customer care and operational support, assisting with training and outreach activities,



and contributing to the rollout and adoption of digital booking services. The role also includes supporting data analysis and reporting, and coordinating with field colleagues and stakeholders.
