Job Description
As Customer Solution Expert reporting to our Regional sales Manager South Italy, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our Diagnostic product portfolio in Puglia , Campania , Molise e Basilicata .
Major responsibilities include:
- Ensure the training of hospital personnel through the coaching and organization of internal courses, in order to keep customers constantly updated on the correct use of the products in use and to present the new technologies.
- Contact with clinicians (Infectivologists,, hematologists, etc.) , with the health departments, with the CIO to coordinate activities related to the control of antibiotic resistance and at the same time promote Good Practice in departments for example for the protocol Blood Culture
- Prepare the most effective commercial offer according to customer needs and in line with the commercial policy.

About you:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Scientific Disciplines, preferably with a specialization in Microbiology.
- Proven track record in laboratory-based enivornments,



with the ability to understand customer needs, identify decision-makers, and drive business growth.
- Experience providing technical/application support to customers.
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics/biology is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to generate leads, prioritize activities, and meet targets.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Excellent command of Windows XP and major Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably located in Bari and province.

Salary & Benefits
Our target base salary range for this role is between €40,700 and €50,000per year, complemented by a competitive premio struct
