ING Italy is looking for a Specialist to join the Non-Financial Risk Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience from banking operations, risk management, fraud prevention, compliance, or other related areas, and combines strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a genuine interest in non-financial risk management and fraud-related topics.Previous experience in a control function is considered a plus.The role will support the development, oversight and continuous improvement of the risk management, working closely with business, operations and risk stakeholders.
