We are looking for someone eager to learn and work alongside the People & Culture team on Payroll & Administration tasks, gaining insight into key processes for managing people and the organization.
What you will do As part of the People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues on payroll and personnel administration tasks, while also engaging with broader projects and processes that support the employee experience within the company.
Specifically, you will:




support administrative tasks related to time and attendance tracking and data gathering for the payroll process, developing precision, confidentiality, and attention to detail;
contribute to managing and updating P&C; data, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards;
participate in the onboarding process for new hires by supporting organizational tasks, contributing to the Employee Handbook, and helping ensure a positive entry experience;
support the organization of training and development initiatives by handling operational aspects, communications, and coordination with the people involved;
collaborate on internal engagement programs and People & Culture initiatives, assisting with material preparation, feedback collection, and activity follow-up;
support the project to design and update the People & Culture webpage, helping to gather and organize content and define a clear, accessible user experience;
gain exposure to recruitm
