Marsh People and Investments is looking for an experienced candidate to join the Talent Strategy Practice based in Rome or Milan.

The Talent Strategy practice provides consulting services to a wide range of clients, supporting them in the development and implementation of HR and Talent programs, practices, and processes, such as leadership and managerial competency models, assessment and development centers, performance management processes, coaching, and leadership and talent development programs as motivational and incentive levers—so that leaders and the entire employee population can reach their full potential, achieve their goals, and deliver their best performance.

We are looking for someone who could bring his/her fresh and innovative thinking and experience in designing and delivering client projects, helping them to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.

What can you expect:




- Serve as a Project Manager on medium client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution design;
- Act as the day-to-day lead and operational point of contact for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations and needs;
- Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients;
- Plan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction defined by Senior Leaders
- Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needs;
- Support to identify new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal preparation process;
- Contribute to the offer definition, the proposition and bidding process ;
- Contribute to create “client-centric solution”, combining the several services provided by all Marsh People and Investments Practices, in order to enhance and strengthen the client’s leadersh
