Job DescriptionAero Alliance Maintenance Engineer will support within the following Maintenance and Repair activities:
- Support shop tool engineers to rebuild, refurbish, and restore worn or damaged fixtures to original specifications
- Support in troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair activities on CNC machinery
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in use E-maint
- Coordinate the calibration of measuring instruments according to quality standards
- Support new product introductions by preparing and validating fixtures for production readiness
- Manage tooling inventory, including storage, organization, and tracking systems




- Drafting maintenance plans in coordination with the equipment manufacturer

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in Italian and English in writing and speaking
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies
- Knowledge of E-maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus
