La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, is looking for a Production Manager to join its team at theScarperia e San Piero (FI)headquarters.

Position

In this role, you will participate in the following activities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with production schedules for the home machine, bar machine, and coffee grinder production departments;
- Ensure that efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Coordinate department managers and production teams, fostering their professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze key production KPIs, defining and implementing improvement measures.
- Promote structured programs for Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement,



and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and R&D; to introduce new products and optimize processes.
- Manage production capacity and resource allocation based on demand.
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in the production departments;
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations;
- Support the development of the production budget and monitor its financial results;
- Support management in defining industrial strategies and production investments;
- Develop organizational models focused on empowering employees, developing skills, and fostering personal growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, including at least 5 years in direct production managemen
