- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing activities and introduce Esker’s solutions to prospects across Italy and the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland.
- Contact prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their document-intensive processes, business challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities and identify key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Support Field Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle and contribute to the development of the Italian market.
- Execute outbound prospecting and telemarketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Manage maintenance renewal activities for existing customers and contribute to customer retention efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM, including prospect interactions, opportunities, account information, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales opportunities and share insights on successes and losses to continuously improve business performance.
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Marketing,
