Duties & Responsibilites:
Key Job Responsibilities (indicative and non-exhaustive list of operational tasks)
- Oversee production scheduling to meet delivery times, setting priorities and allocating resources;
- Manage the department's budget by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, processing costs, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE);
- Monitor the operation of complex machinery, leading preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize machine downtime;
- Guide shift supervisors by identifying and addressing training gaps
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure that semi-finished and finished products are manufactured in compliance with ISO standards
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste (e.g., material scrap, ink consumption, setup time) and maximize yield;
- Coordinate department supervisors and production line operators. Manage shifts, ongoing safety training (HSE), and the development of the team’s technical skills;




- Ensure the implementation of directives and plans within the specified timeframes through the efficient and effective management of the resources under your responsibility;
- Take responsibility for any irregularities found in the departments and for the failure to meet the objectives assigned to the company by the group;
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and procedures, collaborating with management to improve the company’s environmental performance;
