YOUR MISSION

Build and lead a high-performing commercial team to win the North East market in Italy (Padova, Verona, and Bologna).

You will have full ownership of the P&L; as well as strategic, and commercial ownership over the region.

Glovo is a fast-growing tech platform connecting couriers, merchants, and customers. This is a commercial and analytical leadership role - not a traditional retail store, automotive, showroom, or brick-and-mortar operations / commercial position.

THE JOURNEY

Your role is centered around 3 core pillars:
- People Leadership (team of 5): Manage, coach, and grow a team of 5 Key Account Managers to reach ambitious regional growth targets and foster a supportive culture. You will lead by example in accordance with our values and set high standards for the team.
- Commercial & Field Execution: Go into the field to pitch, negotiate, and build close relationships with Top Partners. You will define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions,



Advertisement, and Operations.
- Analytics & P&L; Ownership: Analyze KPIs, monitor business metrics, partner performance and unlock new growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Relevant Background: Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, delivery apps, tech scale-ups, top consulting firms, or investment banking. (Experience strictly limited to traditional retail store management, automotive dealerships/showrooms, or physical brick-and-mortar sales does not meet the requirements for this role).
- Team Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience managing teams of commercial or account management professionals.
