As a Manufacturing Technology Engineer, you will play a key role in researching,



developing and industrialising emerging manufacturing and assembly technologies.You will work across technology evaluation, pilot projects, process development and industrialisation activities to ensure scalable, efficient and future-ready manufacturing solutions.
Key responsibilities for the Manufacturing Technology Engineer based in Bolzano, Italy:
- Identify, research and assess emerging assembly technologies relevant to future products and manufacturing processes.
- Translate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable production solutions with active collaboration on DFM / DFA / DFT
- Early stage design cycle support, working closely with R&D;
- Define process requirements, equipment specifications, personnel qualification needs and quality targets.
- Monitor developments in automation, joining technologies, packaging and digital manufacturing.
