Role Summary and Impact

WPP Media is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team in Italy.

The successful candidate will contribute to defining and implementing marketing activities in the Italian market. The role requires a cross-functional approach, combining strategic vision, strong organizational skills and hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders,



international counterparts and partners, managing CRM communications for the agency’s clients, preparing analyses and materials for management, and supporting the team in organizing events.

Skills and Experience
- Independently managing CRM and marketing automation activities, including the configuration and management of the platform, modules, workflows, templates and communication personalization logic
- Managing the end‑to‑end newsletter creation and distribution process, from planning through the development and management of the editorial calendar
- Ensuring the database of clients and stakeholders is kept up to date, accurate and properly managed, in compliance with applicable regulations and policies
- Monitoring email marketing campaign performance, preparing regular reports and analyses, identifying optimisation opportunities
- Analyzing data, market benchmarks and rankings, translating them into summar
