EU Industrial Compounding Technology Leader
This role exists to bridge technology, manufacturing, and innovation to ensure our extrusion and compounding operations run safely, reliably, and efficiently while enabling future growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with plant teams, maintenance, suppliers, and R&I; colleagues to solve real-world manufacturing challenges, improve operational performance, and bring new products and capabilities from concept to commercial production.
At its core, this position is about making a meaningful impact on the plant every day. Whether troubleshooting production issues on the manufacturing floor,



driving safety and sustainability improvements, optimizing processes, or leading capital projects, the focus is on helping people and systems perform at their best. The role combines hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking to increase reliability, productivity, and operational excellence while ensuring the business can continue to innovate and meet customer needs.
