Business Unit’s Presentation
- The Business Developer reports to the Segment Manager for the countries, and works in close collaboration with other team members in sales, marketing, legal, product management,



front- and back office and business controlling.
- The actions of the Business Developer are guided by a commercial strategy and objectives for the segments. The targets are set annually and reviewed quarterly. The role reports weekly and monthly on progress towards the targets.

Main Responsibilities
- Selling a range of products, services and solutions to clients in the South Europe.
- He/she will focus on developing Lynxeo position on the Energy Transition & Shipbuilding segments.
- He/she represents Lynxeo at A, B and targeted C customers and prospects in the field by executing the commercial action plan to maximise sales/commercial margin, in coherence with the pricing strategy defined for the segment.
- He/she is responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting to the elaboration of commercial proposals, and from order management to cash collection.
