The Experience Based in Rome, this is a Specialist Account Executive role.
Slack, part of Salesforce, is the system of engagement for the Agentic Enterprise — the layer where employees, AI agents, and enterprise data meet to get work done. In this role,



you'll run a high-velocity book of accounts, combining fast discovery conversations with a disciplined sales process to drive new and expanding Slack business, while partnering closely with Salesforce Core Account Executives to unlock opportunities across your territory.
What You'll Actually Be DoingOwn the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close — across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals.
Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack's AI capabilities (including Enterprise Search, an AI-powered search tool, and Slackbot, Slack's AI assistant) as the solution to their challenges.
Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions across your territory.
Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.
