Calendar & time management
Own and defend the calendars of four executives with competing priorities; make trade-off calls on what gets scheduled, moved, or declined
protect focus time and prep windows
Coordinate across time zones for international meetings,



investor calls, and cross-market work
Plan and book complex multi-leg travel across Europe and the US — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas where needed
Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for all four executives
Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites end to end
Draft, screen, and prioritize correspondence; Operations & projects
Handle confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information with total discretion
3+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a high-growth startup, VC/PE, or consulting environment
~ Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken
~ Exceptional organization and attention to detail; Comfort with ambiguity — you’re a problem solver that can make indipendent calls
~ Proficiency with Google Workspace, AI tools, Notion and Slack
~ Exposure to international, multi-market operations
~ Based in or able to relocate
